At Pinbrooks, we deliver specialist supported accommodation designed to provide young people with a safe, stable, and structured environment as they transition into adulthood. Our provision goes beyond housing, forming part of a wider pathway to independence that supports each individual to develop the skills, confidence needed to sustain independent living, and meet the needs of young people at different stages of their journey.
Central to our service is the delivery of consistent and individualised key work and support planning. Our experienced key workers provide structured, one-to-one sessions focused on clear goals and measurable outcomes. Through this, young people are supported to build essential life skills, including budgeting, cooking, tenancy management, and engagement with education, employment, or training.
Our team works collaboratively with local authorities and partner agencies through effective multi-agency partnership working, ensuring that support is coordinated, responsive, and aligned with each young person’s care plan. This joined-up approach allows us to deliver meaningful outcomes and support successful move-on into independent living.

Supporting young people to build independence is at the core of our service. We work closely to create a structured pathway towards independent living. We focus on developing practical skills, confidence and decision-making abilities, ensuring every young person is equipped to manage their own future successfully.

We support young people to develop the essential day-to-day skills required to live independently. This includes, managing personal finances, understanding budgeting and the cost of living, preparing meals, maintaining a safe and clean home environment. Through consistent guidance, young people learn how to take responsibility for their living space and develop routines that promote stability and wellbeing.

We promote the importance of maintaining both physical and emotional health. Young people are supported to develop positive daily routines, access healthcare services such as GPs and dentists, and make informed choices around diet and lifestyle. Our aim is to encourage independence in managing health while promoting overall wellbeing.

We actively encourage and support engagement in education and further learning. Our team provides guidance on exploring suitable courses and training opportunities, as well as practical support with applications, enrolment, and preparing for next steps. We aim to help young people make informed choices about their future and access opportunities that support their long-term goals.
